From our Tenuta Ponte Barca farm in Paternò, Catania, comes a premium extra virgin olive oil. It is made from the Nocellara dell’Etna olive variety, grown on the fertile slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. This olive oil shows a bright emerald green color and an intense fruity bouquet. Aromas recall fresh green tomato, delicate artichoke, and a pleasant hint of almond. The olives are hand-picked and pressed within 12 hours of harvest. This process preserves freshness, aroma, and nutritional value. The oil is cold-pressed to guarantee the highest quality.
On the palate, it offers excellent balance and harmony. Light fruitiness blends with subtle bitterness and gentle spiciness. Its low acidity makes it delicate, versatile, and easy to pair.
