Convivia jams and extra jam are products based on fruit grown in Sicily. We use Sicilian citrus fruits for our jams: blood oranges, mandarins and lemons. All organic raw materials and harvested according to seasonality. We use 45% fruit for our organic jams and organic cane sugar. The consistency is dense with bits of fruit preserved inside.
As regards the Convivia extra white fig jam, we only use organic raw materials harvested on the spot and processed with a fruit percentage of 90%.
Both extra jams and jellies are used as toppings for bread, croissants, biscuits, cakes and other baked goods. They can also be used as ingredients in desserts, filled desserts, cakes and ice creams.
